IGIVU is headquartered in Dallas and operates remotely in nearly every state across the USA, enabling us to serve clients nationwide.

What is Pre-Configuration?

Pre-configuration of the Meta Quest 2 typically involves setting up the device with essential settings, applications, and configurations to ensure it is ready for immediate use by the end-user. This process may include:

Initial Setup: Guiding the user through the initial setup process, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and account login (if applicable).

Software Updates: Ensuring that the device’s software is up to date by installing the latest updates and patches.

Application Installation: Installing essential applications or software required for the intended use of the Meta Quest 2, such as VR experiences, games, or productivity tools.

Configuration Settings: Configuring device settings such as display preferences, audio settings, guardian settings for boundary setup, and controller preferences.

Testing: Conducting basic functionality tests to ensure that all features and functions of the Meta Quest 2 are working correctly.

Can I Order on an Urgent Basis? Is there an Option for Expedited Shipping?

We can certainly expedite your shipments, with the rental buyer covering the associated expenses, and accommodate urgent requests as needed.

Do We Provide On-site Support Staff for Events?

On-site support involves our staff member traveling to your event location to assist with all aspects related to the VRs. They will be available to provide comprehensive assistance and ensure a seamless experience for your event.

Can VRs get connected to TV or screens to attract participants?

Screening VR content is straightforward when the device is connected to the same WiFi network as the screen. However, compatibility issues may arise, necessitating an additional step of screening it to the phone before mirroring it onto a TV.

How long does the battery life last for the VR headsets?

The battery life of our VRs typically lasts for 2-3 hours and requires approximately 1 hour to recharge. To extend battery life further, external battery packs can be added as an option.

How much space is required for the VRs?

For an optimal VR experience, each user ideally requires an optimum space of a 6×6 feet circular dimension. Additionally, the VR system captures your boundary and activates the camera if you trespass beyond the artificial boundary.

What additional equipment is necessary for this activation? Or is there any additional equipment necessary?

Operating the VRs does not require any additional equipment aside from a charging station to fully recharge the VR headsets when their battery levels are low.

Is WiFi necessary?

Wifi is not mandatory to operate the equipment; however, for screen mirroring and multiplayer games, Wifi may be necessary.

How to place an order?

Placing your order sooner rather than later is advantageous for IGIVU, allowing us to prepare well in advance and ensure a seamless process for your event. With a lead time of 1-2 weeks, early ordering ensures everything is in place for your event’s success.

Do you cater international shipments?

We offer international shipping to Canada and Poland, and we can also make special arrangements for shipping to additional countries upon request.

How long is each rental?

Usually, each rental period lasts for one week. However, we can accommodate longer rental periods if necessary.

How does logistics work?

We utilize UPS for shipping to any provided address across the US. Upon receiving the equipment, you will find return shipping labels enclosed, which can be used to drop the package back at any UPS store to initiate the return process.

What type of experiences are available? Themes etc

We offer a wide range of VR experiences tailored to various themes, enabling us to effortlessly stand out at any event with immersive experiences that match the theme perfectly.

Can I rent a VR headset?

We can supply any quantity, even as low as just one unit.

Do we provide different headband sizes and seals?

We offer accommodation with various sizes of headbands and seals to enhance the overall experience.

Can we rent MQ without any pre-configurations?

Certainly! We can ship out the VRs without any accounts/pre-configurations, allowing you to maintain your privacy and use custom content or experiences.

Is there a long term rental option available?

Certainly! We offer a long-term leasing option at a highly competitive price, providing you with the convenience of not having to invest in a new one.
